Personal Life
I have a strong interest in Information Technology and Photography. In my personal life I enjoy photography when time allows and have spent considerable time taking photographs of landscapes while on holiday.
During the last few years, I have really enjoyed using the Home Assistant automation software to tie together various brands of home automation equipment I regularly use.
Home automation has really tied together a number of interests, such as Linux and hardware hacking with microcontroller boards.
Professional Life
In my professional life I have over a decade of experience in IT support in school environments. During this time I have implemented and maintained Linux, Windows and Mac servers, Microsoft Exchange and Office 365 instances as well as a large GSuite tenancy for all schools in a Multi Academy Trust (MAT)
